Telles Advogados recruits PLMJ tax partner João Magalhães Ramalho
Telles Advogados has recruited PLMJ tax partner João Magalhães Ramalho.
Magalhães Ramalho had been with PLMJ for more than 20 years and a partner at the firm for 12 years.
Prior to joining PLMJ, he was a senior tax consultant at Deloitte.
At PLMJ, Magalhães Ramalho was a partner in the tax and family wealth practice. He has particular expertise in advising on M&A transactions, as well as tax matters related to real estate and private clients.
He was given the title of Specialist Tax Lawyer by the Portuguese Bar Association and he is on the list of arbitrators of the CAAD – Centre for Administrative Arbitration.
