Telles advises Tessi Group on acquisition of VILT
Telles has advised Tessi group, an important European player in Business Process Services (BPS), on the acquisition of the VILT group, an international entity specialised in digital transformation.
This transaction involved several jurisdictions (Portugal, France, Spain, Switzerland and Brazil) and was led by partner Gonçalo Pinto Ferreira (pictured left), with assistance from of counsel Tiago Sampaio, associate André Magalhães from the Commercial, Corporate & M&A practice and of counsel Joaquim Caimoto Duarte (pictured right), responsible for matters related to European Law and Competition.
According to Tessi’s general director, Olivier Jolland: “After the launch of our Innovation & Trust Digital Factory, dedicated to software publishing and incubating start-ups, we continue to boost Tessi’s technological intensity. By integrating VILT into our Consulting & Integration Business Unit, we aim at creating an international IT services company that can provide excellent digital services to all types of clients around the world.”
Tessi group, one of the most important international players that has been operating in the market for more than 50 years, has been reinventing itself to support companies in their digital transformation. The group is present in more than 15 countries, has more than 12,500 employees and expects to reach a turnover of €532 million this year.
