Telles advises on the sale of Pradecon’s shares


Telles has advised Pradecon – Construções Metálicas, a company with an established presence in the renewable energy market, particularly in the photovoltaic sector, on the sale of 100% of its shares to the Portuguese company Hipérbole Diurna, owned by Draycott II, FCR and Actium Capital.

With a turnover of 61 million euros and 30 employees, Pradecon is active in the design and development of engineering solutions for photovoltaic panel mounting structures, as well as the manufacture of profiles to support the installation of photovoltaic panels. “This transaction represents a significant milestone for the renewable energy sector in both the national and global markets”, states Telles.

The multidisciplinary team involved in the transaction was led by Nuno Marques (pictured), of counsel in Telles’ corporate, transactions and private equity department, with the participation of Catarina Isidro, associate in the same department. The team also included Leyre Prieto, partner and head of Telles’ European and competition practice, and Joana Whyte, associate in the same practice.
