Telles advises NORS Group on the sale of Auto-Sueco II

Telles advised NORS Group, a global distributor of transportation solutions and construction equipment, on the sale of Auto Sueco II Automóveis, player in the automotive retail market in Portugal, to CARCLASSE, of the Névoa Group, and JOP, of the GOCIAL group.

The NORS Group is a Portuguese firm present in 17 countries, operating in the sectors of mobility and transportation, construction and agricultural equipment, distribution and aftermarket retail, and complementary solutions. It has more than 4,000 employees and a turnover exceeding 2 billion Euros. Auto Sueco Automóveis sells over 3,000 cars annually, representing the Volvo, Jaguar, Land Rover, Honda, and Mazda brands through dealerships across the country.

The deal team

The deal team was led by Telles’ managing partner and head of the Corporate, Transactional, and Private Equity practice area, Francisco Espregueira Mendes (pictured), and by the of counsel, Nuno Marques, from the same practice area.
