TELLES advises ISAGRI on acquisition of CentralGest

TELLES has advised the ISAGRI Group on the acquisition of the Portuguese software publisher CentralGest

TELLES has advised the ISAGRI Group, a European leader in software focused on the agriculture sector, on the acquisition of CentralGest, a Portuguese software publisher.

With this acquisition, ISAGRI Portugal reaches a turnover of 2.5 million euros, and increases the number of its Portuguese employees to 50. The ISAGRI Group is a leader in digital services in Europe with an annual turnover of 241 million euros, providing innovative and differentiated services on five continents, through twelve subsidiaries based in Europe, Canada and China.

This transaction was led by Pedro da Costa Mendes (pictured left), of counsel from the Corporate, Commercial and M&A team, together with José Maria Braga da Cruz (pictured centre) and Maria Miguel Cameira (pictured right) associates from the same practice.

With this transaction, the ISAGRI Group reinforces its strategic position in Portugal, as well as the Portuguese-speaking African countries connections, highlighting the growing importance of technology in the agricultural industry.
