TELLES advised the Inter-Risk Fund II and Onevet SGPS in the negotiation regarding the investment by UNAVETS to acquire a majority position in the Onevet Group.

TELLES advised the Inter-Risk Fund II and Onevet SGPS in the negotiation regarding the investment by UNAVETS to acquire a majority position in the Onevet Group. TELLES ‘advice included conducting the approval process for this investment with the European Commission.

This advisory had the intervention of the Corporate, Commercial and M&A Team, led by partner Francisco Espregueira Mendes firstand integrated by Mariana Vilaça Fernandes and Tomás Paiva Rosado, and also by the European and Competition Team, led by partner Leyre Prieto and integrated by Joaquim Caimoto Duarte and Sofia Correia Dias.

With this transaction, UNAVETS will acquire a majority position in OneVet. With this investment, the OneVet and Unavets Groups will jointly hold 30 clinics and hospitals in Spain and Portugal, with a universe of more than 80,000 customers.
