TeamSystem acquires AIG Classic to expand in Spain: advisors

TeamSystem – an Italian tech & AI company, provider of digital platforms for business management for companies and professionals – has acquired AIG Classic, a Spanish company active in the development of management and accounting software for SMEs, micro-enterprises and professionals. TeamSystem was advised on the transaction by Garrigues on legal and employment law matters, and by KPMG on financial and tax due diligence. Over the years, the company has developed solutions designed to meet the concrete operational and regulatory needs of small and micro-enterprises, building a broad customer base in the Iberian market.
