Susana Guerrero Píñar, new general counsel at Mahou San Miguel
Susana Guerrero Píñar has been appointed general counsel and company secretary at Mahou San Miguel. She joined the company six months ago as deputy general counsel, moving from Diageo, where she served as legal director for Southern Europe.
“I take on my new role with great enthusiasm, supported by a fantastic team. My sincere thanks to all of them, to my colleagues on the Executive Committee, and to Alberto Rodríguez-Toquero Ramos for their trust and for making me feel at home from day one,” she wrote on social media.
She succeeds Beatriz Martínez-Falero García, who, after 18 years at Mahou San Miguel, has moved into private practice as a lawyer.
