Strategic alliance between Cazorla Abogados and Iter Law

Cazorla Abogados and Iter Law have signed a strategic alliance agreement that seeks to strengthen their respective practice areas and teams as well as to boost their “legal boutique” model by providing coverage to their clients with a specialised focus on the energy and infrastructure sector.

After having collaborated closely and continuously in recent months, the firms have decided to go a step further and join experience, knowledge and teams to grow together in the same direction.They look foward to intensify the coverage provided to their national and international clients and to provide a comprehensive service of the highest quality, offering 360º advice.

Cazorla Abogados is a law firm with a track record of over 30 years, which reflects the inheritance and knowledge passed down from father to son by three generations, with experience in advising major clients of the Ibex 35. In its interdisciplinary legal boutique model, the most recognised practice areas are tax, M&A and corporate, venture capital, securities market, litigation, including administrative litigation (with special attention to appeals), public and regulatory, particularly energy, and sports.

Iter Law is a legal boutique, sector oriented in renewable energies and land transport infrastructures. It was established in 2017 to respond to the demand for highly specialised advice in sectors such as: Infrastructure; Energy; Construction and Engineering; Real Estate and Urban Planning, with 75% international clients.
