Stockmeier acquires Intercoat Specialties: Advisors

The Stockmeier Group has announced the acquisition of a majority stake in the Spanish company Intercoat Specialties, a strategic move that strengthens its position in the specialty chemicals market. Founded in 1997 in Molins de Rei (Barcelona), Intercoat Specialties has excelled in sectors such as coatings, printing inks and construction, establishing itself as a key player in these markets.

With this acquisition, Stockmeier expands its presence in Europe, especially in the coatings market segments, and strengthens its portfolio with an innovative range of UV-curable resins and additives. This new portfolio, together with value-added services, will enable the group’s customers to offer higher quality and more efficient solutions.
