SRS Legal strengthens TMT practice with new talent

SRS Legal strengthens its Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT), data protection, and cybersecurity team with the addition of Raquel Gomes Chainho as associate. With experience and expertise in data protection, cybersecurity, information technology, and artificial intelligence—advising both national and international clients on regulatory and contractual matters—Raquel has a rich professional background, having worked independently, at law firms, and in the corporate sector.

Chainho spent seven years as a in-house lawyer at Rubis Energia Portugal, where she provided full legal support to the group in the country. She also holds an international certification as a data protection practitioner and has completed postgraduate studies in data protection law.
