SRS Legal incorporates Mélanie Pereira as tax of counsel

SRS Legal has strengthened its tax law department with the hiring of Mélanie Pereira, who transits from KPMG, as an of counsel, and Ariana Caravela Maravilha, from Deloitte Legal, as an associate.

Mélanie Pereira has extensive experience in transactions, including business restructurings, real estate operations, and international tax law. In her activity, she has also focused on issues related to Private Wealth. She joins from KPMG, having also collaborated with a renowned law firm.

Ariana Caravela Maravilha

Ariana Caravela Maravilha has developed her professional activity in the area of Tax Law, with a special focus on tax litigation, handling highly complex issues in key sectors of the economy. She joins from Deloitte Legal.
