SRS Legal has a new director of people & culture

SRS Legal announces the appointment of Susana Gonçalves as director of the people & culture department. The new hiring “reinforces the firm’s commitment to strategic talent management and organizational development”, states SRS. With an established career in human resources, Susana Gonçalves brings extensive experience and an innovative approach to people management.

Previously, she served as human resources director at other law firms such as Abreu Advogados and Cuatrecasas, where she led initiatives in talent management, recruitment, training, and career development. Recognized for implementing strategic people management programs, she has a strong focus on organizational development and creating dynamic and inclusive work environments. Gonçalves holds a degree in HR management and has further enhanced her academic background with a postgraduate degree in People & Talent Management and an executive master’s in Leadership, both from Nova SBE.
