SRS Legal boosts public law team in Porto with new additions
SRS Legal has strengthened its public law department with the addition of Vasco Moura Ramos as a new partner and Manuel Felício as an associate in the Porto office. They join the administrative and environmental law department, where they will work alongside partners José Luís Moreira da Silva and Alexandre Roque.
With a career dedicated to public law, particularly administrative litigation and public procurement, Ramos transits from Cuatrecasas, where he was a partner. “His hiring strengthens the firm’s Go North expansion project and consolidates Porto as a hub of legal excellence”, states the law firm. He is a visiting lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra, served as advisor to the Minister of Economy between 2013 and 2014, and previously worked at other Portuguese law firms.
Manuel Felício also transits from Cuatrecasas, where he was associate. He holds a master’s degree in civil law sciences, with a specialisation in Civil Law, and a Law degree, both from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra.
The northern structure also welcomes Marléne Reis as office manager, supporting the operational management of the office.
“We are delighted to welcome Vasco Moura Ramos. His expertise and experience represent a
decisive reinforcement of our Public Law practice, confirming SRS Legal’s ongoing commitment to
expanding legal capabilities in Porto and ensuring an integrated, top-quality service for the demanding
and dynamic business community of Northern Portugal. The arrival of Manuel Felício and Marlene
Reis further reflects this strategy, adding strength and resilience to our local operations”, say César Sá
Esteves and Octávio Castelo Paulo, managing partners of SRS Legal.
