SRS Legal advises on the acquisition of Vertigem Azul
SRS Legal has advised Costaterra, the company that is developing a luxury residential development in Melides, on the purchase of 100 per cent of the share capital of Vertigem Azul – Turismo de Natureza, Lda, a pioneering company in dolphin watching in the Sado estuary, which has been in existence for over 25 years.
The firm team, led by the partner responsible for the corporate & finance department – Alexandra Valente, included associates Andreia Rodrigues Lopes and Clara Andrade Coelho and trainee Daniel Macedo Ferreira.
