SRS Legal has advised the Spanish group Miranza on the acquisition of two ophthalmology clinics in Portugal. This group has more than 40 centres in Spain, Andorra and Portugal.
On this operation, the corporate & finance team was led by partner Alexandra Valente (pictured) and included lawyers Andreia Rodrigues Lopes and Gonçalo Mimoso.
