SRS Legal advised ActiveCap on investment in Natstone
SRS Legal advised ActiveCap Capital Partners on its investment in Natstone, a Portuguese company specialising in the processing of natural stone and the development of ornamental solutions for architecture and design projects. The investment was made through the ActiveCap II – Portuguese Growth Fund.
With this investment, Natstone enters a new phase of growth and international consolidation, aiming to strengthen its presence in key international markets, enhance its innovation capacity, expand its product range, and reinforce its positioning in higher value-added segments.
SRS Legal’s advice to ActiveCap Capital Partners covered all stages of the transaction, including the structuring of the investment, due diligence, and the preparation and negotiation of the related contractual documentation.
