SRS instructed by Scale on $23m Unbabel financing
SRS Advogados advised venture capital firm Scale Venture Partners on the provision of $23 million in ‘Series B’ funding for Portuguese startup Unbabel.
California-based Scale Venture Partners invests primarily in technology companies with a focus on internet, cloud computing, software as a service (SaaS), and mobile products.
Scale Venture Partners was also advised by Cooley LLP on the deal.
The SRS Advogados team was led by partner William Smithson, and also included managing associate Neuza Pereira de Campos and senior lawyer Francisco Martins Caetano.
