SRS and FCB advise on €90m Grupo Elevo sale

SRS Advogados advised Vallis Consolidation Strategies on the €90 million sale of Grupo Elevo to Nacala Holdings.

Engineering and construction company Grupo Elevo had a turnover of around €450 million in 2016.

This transaction consists of the acquisition of the entire equity of Grupo Elevo, along with a capital increase and the purchase of bank loans.

A Grupo Elevo statement said that, following the acquisition, the aim was to “position Elevo as an important player in the area of infrastructure, logistics, energy and environment, both in Portugal and in the international market, especially in Africa and Latin America.”
