The new terminal was designed by architect Carrilho da Graça.

The SRS Advogados team advising the banking syndicate was led by partner Alexandra Valente and associate John Carvalho Santos.

The consortium was advised by PLMJ partner Pedro Melo, as well as senior associates Patrícia Dias Mendes, and Marisa Larguinho. Royal Caribbean Cruises instructed ABBC, whose team was led by partner Bruno Azevedo Rodrigues and associate Ana Tavares Oliveira.
