SRS Advogados advises audio software start-up on €400,000 investment
SRS Advogados advised Portuguese audio software start-up Sound Particles in relation to Indico Capital Partners and Red Angels’ €400,000 investment in the company.
Sound Particles describes its audio software as being “like a CGI software (for example, Maya or Blender), but for sound, capable of reproducing thousands of sound sources spread over a 3D space”.
The SRS Advogados team was led by partner Paulo Bandeira (pictured).
Bandeira said: “Sound Particles is a very concrete example of how Portuguese entrepreneurs and startups are leaders in technological innovation and how good projects always achieve financing and international recognition.”
As reported earlier this month, Cuatrecasas’ Lisbon office advised Indico Capital Partners on the creation of a €46 million venture capital fund backed by more than 20 investors.
