SRS Advogados acts for M7 on €35m Portuguese property deals

SRS Advogados advised pan-European investor and asset manager M7 Real Estate on the acquisition of seven light industrial and logistics assets in four separate transactions with a total value of €35 million.

The properties, comprising a total floor area of 75,232 square metres, are located in Lisbon, Oporto and Évora.

The properties were acquired by the M7 Portuguese Active Fund.

The SRS team was led by partner Neuza Pereira de Campos (pictured) and managing associate João Santos Carvalho.
