SRS Advogados acts for Fleetmatics on Inosat deal

SRS Advogados acted for US fleet management software company Fleetmatics on a deal to acquire Portuguese business Inosat.

Inosat, founded in 2000, specialises in the development, production and distribution of fleet management products.

The SRS Advogados team advising Fleetmatics – which is listed on the NYSE-Nasdaq – included partners William Smithson and Gustavo Ordonhas Oliveira, managing associate Neuza Pereira de Campos, and associate Francisco Martins Caetano.

SRS Advogados was involved in due diligence and the drafting and negotiation of transaction agreements. The team was also responsible for the coordination of other law firms advising Fleetmatics in other jurisdictions, including Brazil, Chile and Malta.
