SRS advises Oceano Fresco on €17M funding round

SRS Legal has advised Oceano Fresco on its recent €17 million funding round, which was financed by Aqua-Spark, Bluecrow, Indico Capital and the Deal by Deal fund managed by Banco Português de Fomento.

According to the firm, SRS Legal was the only Portuguese law firm to provide legal advice on the three largest investment transactions in startups carried out in Portugal during 2024: (i) Indie Campers with a value of €35 million, (ii) SwordHealth with a value of €30 million and (iii) Oceano Fresco with a value of €17 million. In this transaction, SRS Legal team was led by Paulo Bandeira (partner, pictured left), Solange Fernandes (associate, pictured right) and Clara Coelho (associate, pictured center).
