Soho House Group instructs Cuatrecasas on Barcelona hotel opening

Cuatrecasas Gonçalves Pereira advised Soho House Group on the opening of its first hotel in Spain.

Located on the Barcelona seafront, the opening of the hotel follows that €60 million acquisition and renovation of a property acquired from Residencial Paseo Colón.

The project was carried out under the terms of a joint venture involving Soho House Group and Orca Holding.

The Cuatrecasas team advising Soho House included partners Marco A. Sanz, Sonia Velasco, Bernat Mullerat and Yolanda Guerra, as well as associates Xavier Morera, Guadalupe Díaz-Súnico, Màrcia Freixanet and Iván Moreno.
