Silvia Vela Ruiz joins act legal Spain as of counsel

act legal welcomes Silvia Vela Ruiz, a solicitor with more than two decades of experience in key companies such as Babcock International Group, Avincis Group, Renault and Iveco-Bus, as of counsel

Cristina de Santiago, managing partner, recalls that: “Europe is undergoing a process of transformation in terms of security and strategic capabilities. Bringing in people like Silvia Vela, who has a comprehensive view of the sector and direct experience in its technological evolution, strengthens our position as a leading legal partner in defence and aviation.‘ According to de Santiago, for Vela, the new challenge at act legal – Spain is a natural step: ’Supporting a company from the outside is much more than just providing legal answers: it’s about understanding its essence and adding value through trust and knowledge.”
