Silvia Pérez-Navarro to run again Sparkling People Services
Silvia Pérez-Navarro (pictured), project manager in Samaniego Law, will combine this position with running her own legal coaching company, Sparkling People Services.
Two years ago, Silvia Pérez-Navarro left Iterlegis, a law firm she founded in Spain in 2008, to take set up her own legal coaching company while working as a project manager at ALSP Samaniego Law. Now she announces, once the period of incompatibility has passed, and she is returning to offer headhunting services from Sparkling People Services.
She will not only be looking for lawyers for law firms and in-house counsel, but also for professionals specialising in regulatory compliance.
Pérez-Navarro will also continue to collaborate with Samaniego Law on temporary projects involving legal talent, technology and advice from the law firm. In addition, she will maintain her services as a coach and counsellor in the business law sector. She is an accredited coach by the International Coaching Federation and holds a diploma in team coaching from the Escuela Europea de Coaching in Madrid.
