Signaturit Group grows by 20% and reaches 40 million turnover
Signaturit Group, Europe’s leading legaltech company in the field of trust services and digital transaction management, has just released its results for the 2023 financial year, which show its growth and good business health. The company has managed to increase its turnover to 40 million euros, which represents an increase of 20% compared to the previous year.
During this year, the group has increased its portfolio by 8%, reaching a total of 245,000 customers, with a strong commitment to the public sector and after signing new agreements with organisations such as the Senate, the Council of Europe and AENA, as well as expanding the number of sectors it offers services to, with companies such as SEAT, Insurama, CBRE Real Estate, ETL Global España, Caixa Bank and NISSAN, as well as other small and medium-sized companies.
Also noteworthy is the new agreement signed with Amazon Web Service, as a strategic partner of the Group, as well as the alliance with Toshiba, Spendesk and AGICAP in France. In this line, strengthening the relationship with the different partners has been one of the priorities for 2023, which has led to the incorporation of new customers such as Hyundai. At the same time, it has allowed Signaturit Group to expand into Latin America, through ITTI Digital in Paraguay. The company currently has a total of 518 partners.
In the field of digital transactions, the group has managed to increase them by 20% compared to the previous year. These figures show the changes that the company is undergoing following the recent takeover of the French company Universign, which allows the company to expand its geographical presence to 40 countries. This increase in digital transactions is a reflection of the great development that is taking place with electronic signatures and identity throughout Europe, where the activity has enormous potential and growth prospects are on the horizon.
In addition, during 2023, the company has launched a new corporate identity that gives a clear role, strategy and content to the organisation that brings together Signaturit, Ivnosys and Universign.
Sergio Ruiz, president of Signaturit Group states that, “we are very pleased to present the results of this year’s financial year, in which we have maintained a solid growth rate, as well as expanding our customer and product portfolio. The definitive consolidation between Signaturit, Ivnosys and Universign has been a key factor that has had a positive impact on these results, as we have not only expanded our business lines and solutions, but we have also positioned ourselves as leaders in the legaltech sector in electronic signatures and digital transactions for a large number of companies, making us the unique partner of reference”.
The group recently acquired Vialink, reinforcing its leadership in the European market. The acquisition is expected to generate significant revenue growth. Additionally, Signaturit has engaged in innovative projects like the European e-wallet project and joined the Cloud Signature Consortium. The company has also received recognition from Forrester and the FT1000 list. New talent, including Laurent Perón, Melanie Vannier, Guillermo Otaduy, and Jordi Martín, has joined the team, showcasing Signaturit’s commitment to growth and innovation.
