Sérvulo strengthens public law team with new talent
Sérvulo has announced the integration of new members in its public law team: Mariana Afonso e Cunha (senior associate) and Miguel Dias das Neves (associate), both pictured.
Mariana Afonso e Cunha joins from Vieira de Almeida, where she had been practicing since 2016. She has been involved in a wide range of matters in public procurement, administrative concessions, public-private partnerships, and public regulation, particularly in the telecommunications and transport sectors. She holds a law degree from the University of Lisbon, a Forensic Master’s from the Portuguese Catholic University, and a postgraduate degree in Law Enforcement, Compliance, and Criminal Law in Banking, Financial, and Economic Activities from the University of Lisbon, in partnership with the Portuguese Competition Authority.
Miguel Dias das Neves joins from Cuatrecasas, where he had been practicing since 2022, focusing on administrative litigation, public procurement, and arbitration. He graduated from the University of Lisbon in 2021 and holds a master’s in Administrative Law from the Portuguese Catholic University.
