Sérvulo promotes two to partner roles in internal push
Sérvulo & Associados has promoted Ana Moutinho Nascimento to principal partner and Joana Pinto Monteiro to contracted partner.
The profiles
Ana Moutinho Nascimento, who joined the firm in 2014, leads tax litigation within the firm’s tax practice.
With more than two decades of experience advising on complex tax matters for both domestic and international clients, she has built a strong reputation in the market and is regularly recognised by legal directories. She also serves as an arbitrator at the Administrative Arbitration Centre.
Joana Pinto Monteiro, part of the firm since 2011, is a member of the real estate, tourism and urban planning team.
Her practice focuses on real estate and tourism projects, while also covering advisory work in the insurance sector and regulatory matters, including legislative projects in Portuguese-speaking African jurisdictions.
