Sérvulo launches Sérvulo Innovation Lab

Sérvulo & Associados has launched the Sérvulo Innovation Lab, a training and innovation hub designed to support teams and organisations in developing legal, management, social, leadership and soft skills. The Sérvulo Innovation Lab is led by partners Rita Canas da Silva, Rui Medeiros and Paulo Câmara.

With the aim of addressing the current and future challenges of the Portuguese business market, the Sérvulo Innovation Lab operates as an integral part of Sérvulo & Associados, “a certified training provider, ensuring academic rigour, pedagogical excellence and a multidisciplinary approach”, states the law firm.

The new project will operate across four main pillars: tailor-made training programmes adapted to the needs of each organisation; conferences, seminars and training sessions open to the general public; protocols and partnerships with third-party entities; and an international dimension through the Sérvulo Latitude ⦵ network.

According to Sérvulo, the training programmes of the Sérvulo Innovation Lab are designed jointly with each client to address the specific learning needs of each organisation, supported by a multidisciplinary team. For topics that go beyond the boundaries of law, cross-cutting expertise is ensured through partnerships with external organisations recognised in their respective fields. From an international perspective, through the law firm’s international networks, the Sérvulo Innovation Lab enables a multi-jurisdictional analysis of transnational issues.

“The Sérvulo Innovation Lab reflects Sérvulo’s DNA and our strong ties to academia. It is a distinctive project driven by a continuous search for new ways to innovate, evolve and share knowledge”, says Rita Canas da Silva.
