Sérvulo integrates TMT team and new partners

Sérvulo will integrate, as of January, a new TMT, Digital, Cybersecurity, Privacy and Data Protection team composed of six lawyers, all transiting from Telles. The new team will be led by Pedro Vidigal Monteiro and Ana Ferreira Neves, former Telles’ partners, who join as partner and professional partner, respectively.

With more than 20 years’ experience, Pedro Vidigal Monteiro works in the areas of TMT, Data Protection, Privacy and Cybersecurity. A partner at Telles since 2020, he practised law in Mozambique between 2003 and 2007 and has published several articles on foreign investment in Africa. He holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (1998), as well as postgraduate qualifications in Public Contracts from the same institution, in Tax Law from the Instituto Superior de Ciências Técnicas Empresariais – ISCTE/Overgest, and in Intellectual Property from the Portuguese Intellectual Property Law Association.

Ana Ferreira Neves has worked in the areas of Digital, Privacy and Cybersecurity. Also a partner at Telles since 2025, she was a principal associate at Garrigues between 2010 and 2022 and a senior associate at Leónidas, Matos & Associados between 2001 and 2010. She holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Lisbon and has postgraduate qualifications in the Digital Services Regulation, e-commerce and Commercial Law.

Marta de Jesus Teixeira has worked in the areas of Digital, Privacy and Cybersecurity as an associate at Telles since 2023. She holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (2019) and a master’s degree in Business Law.

An associate at Telles since 2025, Marco Dias Vieira also specialises in TMT and Digital, Privacy and Cybersecurity. He was a trainee at BAS and Miranda and also a trainee at Andersen Tax & Legal between 2021 and 2023. He holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (2019) and a postgraduate qualification in Arbitration Law.

Rodrigo Barreiros Ferreira works in the areas of TMT and Digital, Privacy and Cybersecurity. An associate at Telles since 2025, he was an account manager at Beyond Coordinate (2024), a legal consultant at Vision D (2023–2024) and an intellectual property trainee at Inventa (2023). He holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University (2022), as well as a postgraduate qualification in Intellectual Property and a master’s degree in Executive Production of Audiovisual Content from UNIE – The Core Entertainment Science School, Madrid (2024–2025).

An associate at Telles since 2018, Beatriz Reis Santos has worked in the areas of Digital, Privacy and Cybersecurity. She was a trainee at ABC Legal (2016–2018) and at Arbitrare (2015). She holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra (2014) and is currently attending the Advanced Course in Cybersecurity and Cyberspace Law at the University of Lisbon and the Military Academy. She also holds a master’s degree in Corporate Legal Sciences.

With the integration of this team, Sérvulo now has 37 partners and more than 130 lawyers, within a total workforce of over 160 professionals.
