Sérvulo advises Interfundos on sale of Quinta do Morgadinho to Bondstone
Sérvulo has advised Oceãnico II – Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário Fechado, managed by Interfundos, on the sale of 185 plots of land that make up Quinta do Morgadinho, in Loulé, Algarve, to Bondstone.
This transaction involved a multidisciplinary team, led by managing partner Manuel Magalhães (pictured), responsible for the real estate, tourism and urban planning department.
The team included partners Sofia Thibaut Trocado and Eduardo Gonçalves Rodrigues, consultant Filipa Névoa, senior associate Carla Parreira Leandro, associates Francisca Saldanha Monteiro, Pedro João Domingos and Inês Mundel Calado, all from the real estate, tourism and urban planning departmentt, associate Isabel Guimarães Salgado, from the finance and governance department, and Luís Monteiro Romão.
