Second edition of the congress on commercial and insolvency law
For the second time, the city of Toledo will host the congress on commercial and insolvency law, which will feature highly experienced speakers such as the former Minister of Justice, Rafael Catalá; the President of the Provincial Court of Toledo, Juan Ramón Brigidano and the Dean of the Toledo Bar Association, Ángel José Cervantes Martín, among others.
The event, organised by the Toledo Bar Association, will take place on 8 and 9 September at the Hotel Beatriz. One of its main aims is to reflect and debate the bankruptcy law and its practical application from different perspectives.
After the first edition, it is expected to receive more than 200 professionals from the sector, including lawyers, deans of the Bar Associations and magistrates of the commercial courts from all over Spain.
The congress is being held at an important time for legal operators and business people, given that the forthcoming reform of the insolvency law, as well as the end of the moratorium, will mean a significant change in insolvency management at national level.
