Respiro provides car-sharing services

Seat advised by Cuatrecasas on Respiro acquisition

Cuatrecasas acted for car manufacturer Seat on its acquisition of all the share capital of car-sharing services company Respiro.

 

Respiro currently operates mainly in Madrid, but it is understood that the company is planning to expand to all of Spain’s major cities.

The Barcelona-based Cuatrecasas team was led by partner Javier Fontcuberta and included associate Xavier Morena.

Respiro offers a network of carbon neutral cars in central Madrid, which can be rented by the hour or the day. The company claims it can save its users up to €4000 per year.
