Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has hired Saturnina Moreno González as academic counsel to strengthen the tax litigation team.

Ms. Moreno holds a PhD in Law from the University of Castilla-La Mancha, with a mention of European Doctorate (outstanding cum laude by unanimous decision).Professor of Financial and Tax Law at the University of Castilla-La Mancha. She has been teaching and researching at this University since 1999, collaborating with other national and foreign universities, as well as with other public and private research centers. He has carried out predoctoral and postdoctoral research stays at the Universities of Bologna (Italy), Strasbourg (France), Vienna (Austria), Leicester (United Kingdom) and the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation (Amsterdam, The Netherlands).

Her main research interests include international taxation, EU tax law, direct taxation and tax procedures. She is also the author of five monographs and more than 100 publications in national and foreign journals and collective works.
