Salvador Cabello Guillén joins the Marbella office of BGI-LAW
In line with its continued growth along Spain’s Costa del Sol, BGI-LAW has announced the incorporation of Salvador Cabello Guillén into its Marbella office, further strengthening the firm’s presence in the real estate sector.
Cabello Guillén, a seasoned legal professional, holds a Law degree from the University of Málaga, and brings with him a well-rounded academic background. His credentials include a Master’s in Business Law, Arbitration and ADR from ISDE, along with specialized training in Stock Market & Investment Skills from ESADE, Damages Law from CEF & UDIMA, and further qualifications in Business Intelligence and Big Data and Litigation Expertise from Thomson Reuters.
Before joining BGI-LAW, Cabello Guillén served as a legal advisor in the banking sector at Javier Herrera Llamas Abogados and C&A Abogados, and later worked as an attorney at Larios Tres Legal, focusing on business law, contract law, and litigation.
His broad experience includes advising shareholders and board members during general assemblies and board meetings, as well as overseeing corporate and real estate due diligence for both buyers and sellers. He has managed data rooms and provided end-to-end legal advisory services in acquisition processes—an expertise that now enhances BGI-LAW’s real estate legal practice in Marbella.
