Sagardoy incorporates the State lawyer, Gonzalo Mairata, as a partner

Sagardoy Abogados, chaired by Iñígo Sagardoy, has announced the signing of Gonzalo Mairata, a state lawyer, as a partner of the firm. He joins from Ramón y Cajal where he was partner in charge of the labour area.

A graduate in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid, Gonzalo has an extensive professional career, with more than twelve years of experience as a State lawyer, occupying responsibilities such as head of the Social Department of the State Attorney General’s Office or the management of the State Legal Service, with functions of labour law advice to all entities and companies in the state public sector, including the defence of the same before all bodies of the social jurisdiction, especially before the Social Chamber of the National High Court.

In addition to his professional career, Gonzalo Mairata has given numerous lectures on labour matters and has been a professional tutor for internships for the Law Degree at the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas.

In 2022, Mairata was awarded the First Class Distinguished Cross of the Order of San Raimundo de Peñafort.
