SAASA Global closes €14m financing for its new cargo terminal in Barajas: Advisors
SAASA Global, a subsidiary of Andino Global specialized in airport services, has closed a €14 million financing transaction with Frux Capital for the development of its new cargo terminal at Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport.
The Andino Global group, led by its CEO Carlos Vargas and with Álvaro Salazar at the head of the project, has Peruvian roots and an international presence in the logistics sector. The company obtained the concession from Aena to build and manage this facility for the next 30 years, significantly expanding its presence in a key international logistics hub. With this investment, the company strengthens its infrastructure and operational capacity, consolidating its position as a major player in the air cargo sector in Spain.
The new terminal not only represents a key expansion for SAASA Global, but will also benefit the logistics development of Aena and Barajas Airport, consolidating its role as a key node in international trade. With this infrastructure, Andino Global confirms its presence and growth in Spain, boosting its competitiveness in the air cargo sector in Europe.
Financial backing from Frux Capital
Frux Capital’s financial backing will enable the immediate start of the terminal’s construction, in line with Andino Global’s growth objectives in the air cargo sector. The team in charge of analyzing and structuring the transaction on behalf of the fund consists of Álvaro Iñiguez, Director; José María Nogales, Vice President; Jaime Tassara, Senior Analyst; and Víctor Alconchel, Senior Analyst.
