RyC advises on the €80m renewal of Amper’s promissory notes program

Ramón y Cajal Abogados has acted as legal advisor to Amper in connection with the annual renewal of its € 80 million commercial paper program registered with the Spanish MARF.

Renta 4 acted as arranger of the program and listing agent of the company, and together with Banca March will act as dealers.

This transaction has been led by our capital markets partner Carlos Lao, with the participation of Pablo Tejerizo Solanilla and Santiago García de Fuentes Area.
