RSM strengthens Valencia office with Integration of Swan Partners
RSM, the audit, legal, tax and consulting firm, has taken another step in its strategic growth plan in Valencia with the integration of Swan Partners, a local law and economics boutique specialized in providing legal and tax services to both Spanish and international clients.
As part of the move, Ana Lahuerta, Martin J. Hayes, Pepe Oltra, and Salvador Peiró join RSM as partners, bringing with them a team of more than ten professionals. Together, they will reinforce the firm’s capabilities across labor, tax, commercial, corporate governance, civil-economic, and real estate law.
The new partners, all with prior experience in Big Four firms and other leading law practices, bring a multidisciplinary background and a strong track record advising clients on an ongoing basis as well as on corporate restructurings, M&A transactions, private equity deals, due diligence, transfer pricing, compliance, inbound and outbound investments, wealth planning, and complex labor matters such as collective redundancies, compensation schemes, and collective bargaining.
With this integration—along with the recent addition of Fernando Cacho, an expert in public law—RSM strengthens its presence in the Levante region, building on the project led in recent years by partners Horst Hölderl and Raúl Marset from the Valencia office.
The firm now consolidates its tax and legal practice in the region, which counts around 40 professionals out of the more than 60 team members across legal, audit, IT consulting, and corporate finance.
