RSM Spain creates an Ukrainian Desk
The international law firm, RSM, has created an Ukrainian Desk led by the Partner and Head of Tax, Liudmyla Demchenko (pictured). Through this initiative, RSM will provide 360º advice to Ukrainian refugees in Spain to support their work and business activities.
The services offered include general legal advice (with emphasis on tax and labour law) aimed at Ukrainian companies and displaced people, companies from different countries employing displaced or refugee Ukrainian citizens, companies with interests in Ukraine and advice on issues related to the internationalisation of companies, taxation and international mobility.
The team that makes up the RSM Ukrainian Desk is mainly made up of professionals from RSM Spain and RSM Ukraine and led by Liudmyla Demchenko, who decided to leave Ukraine and join the team of RSM Spain in January 2022.
