RSM lands in Andalusia with the integration of Lébeq

A major step forward for RSM in its expansion plan, which reaches another milestone with its arrival in Andalusia, a territory that David García, director of the tax and legal department and vice-president of RSM in Spain, describes as strategic. The firm adds to its structure a team of around 20 professionals specialised in business law, including four new partners.

Lébeq, based in Seville, will join the Tax & Legal area of the international firm and will lead its growth in Andalusia. The partners and founders of the law firm, Francisco Arroyo, Alfonso Ollero and Carlos Tassara, have always been very active in this regard and last year, they created a joint venture called ILC Reestructuración with the firms eiurEKO and 153 Castellana. With a presence in Seville and Malaga, Lébeq has extensive experience in key economic sectors in Andalusia, such as aeronautics, agri-food, construction, environment, distribution and all those related to tourism, leisure and entertainment.
Likewise, this incorporation to RSM is an important reinforcement of its activity related to the digital ecosystem and start-ups.
