RSM incorporates Eduardo Gómez de Enterría as co-lead partner of the labor and employment practice

RSM continues to move forward with its strategic plan with the incorporation of Eduardo Gómez de Enterría, from Fieldfisher, as co-lead partner of the labor and employment practice in Madrid together with Ignacio Hidalgo. Rafael Rojas and Natalia Gómez de Enterría, who joins as partner, complete the team of partners in the Madrid office to form a team of 6 partners and more than 30 professionals throughout Spain.

Gómez de Enterría

With more than 25 years of experience, Eduardo Gómez de Enterría has worked in national and international firms such as Sagardoy, Herbert Smith Freehills, Dentons and Fieldfisher, leading the Labor and Employment practice in the latter three. He has also advised leading Spanish companies in their operations in Europe and Latin America, as well as multinationals with subsidiaries in Spain.

He holds a law degree from Universidad San Pablo CEU, with training in negotiation from Harvard University and Instituto de Empresa. His specialties include the negotiation and implementation of collective bargaining agreements, hiring, collective dismissals and corporate restructuring, as well as issues related to occupational health and safety, pension plans and incentive plans for employees and executives.
