RSM appoints new partner to lead real estate

RSM has appointed Ernesto Gutiérrez Tamargo as new partner of legal, to lead the real estate speciality and boost the real estate practice at national and international level.

RSM Spain, an audit, legal, tax and consulting services firm, continues with its growth plan, developing and incorporating key practice areas for its growth plan, developing and incorporating key practice areas for its strategy in the coming years.

Ernesto has experience in different areas of corporate law, as well as in commercial advice related to investment projects, and among his areas of specialisation are international contracts and advice on the purchase and sale of real estate assets. Its specialisation ranges from advising on the processing of the preliminary stages of land for building, to the incorporation of companies and the subsequent processing and management of these, including the investment and/or divestment processes of these assets in order to ensure their profitability.

Graduate in Law (double degree in Cuba and Spain), master’s degree in comparative law from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, MBA from Universidad de Alcalá and master’s degree in Urban and Real Estate Management from San Pablo-CEU University, Ernesto has developed his career in firms such as DA Lawyers, Crowe or, more recently, Ejaso ETL Global.
