RSM advises on the acquisition of ACIGrup
RSM has advised Grupo Septeo in the strategic acquisition of ACIGrup, reinforcing its position in the hospitality services sector through its vertical group specialized in this sector. RSM has been involved in the whole process, carrying out the financial, legal and labor due diligence, as well as the legal advice until the closing of the transaction.
Septeo, a European group specialized in software solutions, acquires ACIGrup, a Spanish hotel and restaurant software company with more than 30 years of experience in maximizing the profitability of hotel establishments and a strong presence in Spain, Portugal and Latin America.
In this context, the acquisition of ACIGrup represents for Septeo a further step in its acquisition strategy, fulfilling the group’s commitment to cover the digital value chain for professionals in the lodging and restaurant market. The acquisition is also in line with the company’s expansion policy and strengthens its key position in Spain.
The team was formed by Ignacio Gallostra (RSM’s Commercial Partner), Joaquim Capdevila (project manager) and Hugo Ester.
