RSM advises Affidea on the acquisition of Clínica Tecma
RSM has advised Grupo Affidea on the acquisition of Clínica Tecma, a leading provider of diagnostic imaging and ambulatory care in Valencia. RSM has been involved in the entire process, carrying out the financial, legal and tax due diligences, as well as legal advice until the closing of the transaction.
The deal was closed for a confidential amount. The acquisition of Tecma is the fourth that the company has completed in 2022 at a European level and the third in Spain in the last year.
The legal team was made up of responsible partner Gonzalo de la Torre, Tax partner David Jiménez and Corporate Finance partner Guy Richard.
