RSM advises Adcities on its expansion in Spain

RSM has advised Adcities, an adtech company specialising in geocontextual intelligence applied to outdoor advertising, on its establishment and expansion in Spain, as well as on the legal adjustments resulting from its latest seed funding round, recently closed at over €3 million.

Adcities develops technology to plan, activate and measure outdoor advertising campaigns with real-time digital traceability. Its model combines geocontextual data, urban analytics and a network of advertising assets across multiple formats. The capital increase will allow the company to strengthen its operations in Spain and expand its presence in other European cities, states RSM.

With this transaction, RSM reinforces its involvement in projects related to adtech, outdoor advertising and data-driven business models, areas in which the firm is increasing its advisory work with technology companies undergoing growth and international expansion.

RSM’s tax & legal team, led by partner Gerardo Roca (pictured) and lawyer Tomás Pelayo, supported the company during the key stages of the process, including local due diligence, contract review and adaptation, legal structuring and the regulatory integration required to operate in the Spanish market, including data protection compliance.
