RRP Advogados advises the joint venture between Mitiska REIM and Chancerygate on the first investment in Portugal
RRP Advogados has acted as legal advisors of the joint venture between Mitiska REIM and Chancerygate in the first investment in Portugal for the implementation of multi-let light industrial parks in Portugal.
The first acquisition of this strategic partnership is of a 2.7-hectare brownfield in the municipality of Sintra.
The brownfield is located close to the N9 and N250-1 access roads and the A37 and A16 motorways connecting Lisbon to Sintra, providing a “convenient access” to both the Lisbon city and Humberto Delgado Airport.
