RRP advises Healthcare Activos on acquisition of two hospitals in Portugal
RRP Advogados has acted as legal advisors to Healthcare Activos Yield SOCIMI, S.A. on the acquisition of two hospitals in Portugal.
The hospitals were acquired on 23 December 2022 from FSG Saúde, a real estate investment fund managed by Fidelidade’s group. The hospitals cover together 48 specialties, 8 operating rooms, approximately 100 consultation rooms, 140 beds and more than 37,500 square meters. Both hospitals are being operated by Luz Saúde under long-term lease agreements.
